These services are recommended annually to take your lawn to the next level!

Core Aeration
Core aerating can be done in spring and/or fall and pulls many cores or "plugs" from the turf. The benefits for this are threefold:
-
Allows water, oxygen, and nutrients direct access to the plant's root system
-
Relieves compaction caused by mowers
-
Topdresses by depositing the plugs on top of the ground to dissolve

Lawn Rolling
Lawn rolling is exactly what it sounds like. Running a heavy roller back and forth across the lawn to flatten out bumps, frost heaves and gopher tunnels, leaving a smooth surface.
Rolling obviously causes compaction, therefore, it is recommended to follow up with core aeration.
